3rd Place –12.15 lbs – James & Donna Gilzow
Big Bass – 4.47 lbs – Brett & Vanetta Groeteke
Brett & Vannetta Groeteke from Springfield and Nixa, Missouri took home first place and big bass honors.
The team brought 5 fish to the scales that weighed 14.46 pounds with their Big Bass weighing in
at 4.47 pounds. They caught 7 keepers on football jigs and Carolina rigged French fry. The Groeteke’s
fished Main Lake pea gravel points in the Dam Area and caught their fish at a depth of 25 feet.
Second Place went to Josh & Michelle Tate of Highlandville. They brought 5 keepers to the scales that weighed in at 12.48 pounds. The Tates fished points up the James River. Crank Baits and 10 inch worms were their winning baits.
James & Donna Gilzow from Bella Vista, AR took home the third place check with 12.15 pounds.
They fished the White River arm and caught their fish on 45 degree chunk rock banks at a depth of 10-25 feet.
They were fishing with jigs in timber on the points.
