1st Place – Paul & Kathy Tilley – 15.89 pounds

2nd Place – Marc & Barb Cooper – 14.25 pounds

3rd Place – Courtney & Vicki King – 12.43 pounds

Big Bass – Steve Isley & Hillary Williams – 5.48 pounds

The weather was great and the fishing was even better.   Everyone  caught  fish and many caught a lot of fish, with some anglers reporting have caught over 20 keepers.

Paul and Kathy Tilley from Park Hills, Missouri brought in the winning sack with 15.89 pounds. They caught 13 keepers on points in the Baxter area on PJ’s football jigs, spook, and brush hogs. The Tilley’s are sponsored by Nicholson & Tilley Heating and Cooling, PJ Lures, Scenic Rivers Boats and Motors.

Second place went to Marc & Barb Cooper from Galena, MO. They weighed in a five fish limit that weighed 14.25 pounds. They caught their fish in the Dam area on pea gravel and chunk rock banks in coves.  They caught 7 keepers on 3/8 oz jig and senkos.  The Coopers are sponsored by Hawg Jaw, Dyna Prop, Pro Craft, MO Plumbing Crew, Strohm Construction.

Courtney and Vicki King from Willard, Missouri finished in third place with five keepers that weighed 12.43 pounds. The Kings caught their fish on Bluff ends with brush hogs and chompers.

Big Bass was caught by Steve Isley from Omaha, Arkansas and Hilary Williams of Harrison, Arkansas. The team caught the 5.48 pounder on a pea gravel bank at Indian Point with a spinnerbait.

Next tournament is July 11 at Truman State Park on Truman Lake.
